Nancy Santana joined Save-A-Lot as Vice-President and General Counsel in May 2003. She manages the legal functions of Save-A-Lot and oversees the company's outside counsel activities. In addition, Nancy’s responsibilities include EEOC and Union Issues; Save-A-Lot Trademark Issues; Save-A-Lot Litigation; Licensed Retailer Affairs; Labor and Employee Relations and Internal Training Initiatives.
Prior to joining Save-A-Lot, Nancy served as Vice-President and General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors for Petro Stopping Centers, a national truck stop chain. She also has extensive experience with the law firm of Kemp, Smith, Duncan and Hammond in El Paso, Texas.
Nancy earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Methodist University and her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Houston. Nancy resides in St. Louis with her husband and children.
