So you want to be a leader? Step right up, we have the career for you. Multi-unit retail managers at Save-A-Lot can hold a variety of titles—from business unit director to regional merchandising manager to district manager, they share leadership skills galore.

In these roles, you’ll work with your team to improve our operations, drive sales, train associates and ensure standards are exceeded. You’ll need to wear lots of hats and work cross-functionally with other Save-A-Lot leaders. You’ll also need a keen understanding of how our edited-assortment strategy helps our customers stretch a dollar. And you’ll need to dream up innovative new ways to help them do it.
