Low-Cost Holiday Meal Plans Ideal Families on a Budget

St. Louis, December 15, 2008 – This holiday season as families struggle to put the traditional holiday feast on the table – not to mention presents under the tree –Save-A-Lot has developed five holiday meal plans that will feed a group of 10 for less than $25.


 Just in time for Christmas Eve, the busiest grocery shopping day of the season, these five holiday feasts will help shoppers save money and avoid undue stress during the season. The plans include three complete traditional meals comprised of main dishes, sides, desserts and beverages; and two meal plans for traditional parties, one for the holiday hors d oeuvres’ celebrations, and the other covering desserts..
