Retail Leadership Training Series
The Retail Leadership Training Series, composed of two one-week training sessions in St. Louis, is geared to prepare retailers for the responsibilities associated with store management.
The purpose is to provide licensed store managers with a consistent, well-structured, effective and efficient process for learning and understanding the “Best Practices” of Save-A-Lot stores. The series is an interactive process that is a great experience for all areas of retail management—Store Management, Operations Managers, Storeowners, Accounting, Human Resources and Trainers.
On-Site Training Seminars
Save-A-Lot’s on-site training seminars are a great resource for licensees in how to improve their operations. These seminars are available through your Save-A-Lot District Manager and cover the following areas:
