Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Cut Green Beans
  • 2 tsp (Grated rind) Lemons
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 (Chopped) Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup (Chopped) Fresh Basil

Directions

1. Cook beans in boiling water to cover 15 minutes; drain.

2. Place beans in a large bowl. Whisk together lemon rind and next 4 ingredients.

3. Pour mixture over beans. Add onions and basil, tossing to coat.
