Lemon Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Cut Green Beans
  • 2 tsp. (grated rind) Lemons
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 (chopped) Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup (chopped) Fresh Basil

Directions

Cook beans in boiling water to cover 15 minutes; drain. Place beans in a large bowl. Whisk together lemon rind and next 4 ingredients. Pour mixture over beans. Add onions and basil, tossing to coat.
