Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

Ingredients

  • 10 Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside. Pour oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Cut tortilla into strips about 2” wide. Fry 3-5 strips at a time until golden brown and crisp. Turn over once and repeat the same process. Remove and set on a paper towel. Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon and sugar mixture while still warm. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup for a real treat!
