  • 2 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 6 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 can water
  • 2 teaspoons, minced garlic
  • 4 cups, diced Yellow Onions
  • 2 cups, diced green bell peppers
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 2 cans Dark Kidney Beans
  • 2 cans Pinto Beans
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Iodized Salt


Brown the ground beef on medium-high heat in a skillet. Once brown, drain the beef. In a large stockpot, pour oil in to sauté the bell pepper and onion. Once they are slightly soft, add in minced garlic and beef. Now, stir in tomato sauce, beans, soup, water, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, than reduce to low heat. Allow to simmer uncovered for 15mins. Stir in vinegar gradually.


Add shredded cheese on top for extra flavor before serving.
