1. In preparation, thaw spinach and cream cheese. Once spinach is thawed, drain out the water.
2. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, in a medium-mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, spinach, and seasoning salt. Mix well, then pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, before baking for 20 minutes. Allow 5 minutes for cooling before you serve.
