Ingredients

  • 1 Pound, Cooked and Chopped Shrimp
  • 4 Hard-Boiled and Chopped Grade A Large Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Dill Relish

Directions

Mix the following ingredients together in a bowl: chopped shrimp, chopped egg, mayonnaise, mustard and dill relish. After well combined, spoon mixture on to slices of toast or eat alone. (Spoon salad onto a large lettuce leaf for a healthier option.)
