Black Bean Salsa

This homemade salsa recipe is full of fresh flavor. Because it’s salsa with black beans, it has a great, chunky texture that makes it great for dipping with tortilla chips, adding to sandwich wraps or mixing into Mexican dishes. When snack time rolls around, just throw together this black bean salsa and call it a fiesta!


  • 1 can (7 oz) Diced Tomatoes with Chiles
  • 1 chopped Yellow Onions
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Fresh Lime
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans


1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until nice and cold.

2. Serve black bean salsa with tortilla chips.


I made it up on a hot day when my family wanted some cold, fresh, homemade salsa.
