- 1 container Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 pkg Chopped Spinach
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 tsp Oregano Crushed
- 4 Grade A Large Eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients until well blended, and pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
3. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
