Fish Soup

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 pkg Broccoli Normandy
  • 2 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups Instant Rice
  • 2 cups Water


Empty can of tomatoes in large pot. Add one and a half cans of water, pollock and broccoli. Cook over medium heat. As Pollock begins to thaw use kitchen scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Do the same for any oversized pieces of broccoli. Cook approximately 15-20 minutes. The Pollock should be uniform color inside and out when cut. Just before serving salt to taste. Serve over cooked rice.


I cooked this meal toward the end of the week from food at hand. It turned out to be one of our favorites. It's easy to put together. It's healthy and tasty. It's easy on the wallet. And best of all it requires minimal clean-up
