Cabbage Salad

  • 2 pkgs Coleslaw
  • 1 pkg Raisins Seedless Pouch
  • 1/4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cups Applesauce
  • 2 cans Sliced Carrots
  • 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar


1. In bowl, combine coleslaw, sliced carrots in a separate bowl.

2. Combine vinegars, brown sugar and applesauce. Mix with wire wisk until blended.

3. Pour wet ingredients mix over coleslaw mix and raisins (option). Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour or eat right away. Always better when cold. Enjoy


Wanted something different for Super Bowl Sunday 2009. It was a hit with everyone. My sons don't eat cabbage normally.
