1. Mix 1 can cream corn and 1 can clam chowder in pan (qt). Heat to almost boiling, stirring often. Can be microwaved.
2. Pour into soup dish and sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Arrange saltines, apple slices and a cheese slice on accompanying plate. Enjoy!
My husband, wanting a different soup, suggested dumping the cream corn with the clam chowder. I thought it would taste disgusting but upon tasting it, it has become one of our favorite quick lunches.
