Banana Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2/3 cup Whole Homogenized Milk
  • 2 1/4 cup Biscuit & Baking Mix

Directions

Squash bananas very, very thin then mix with Ginger Evans biscuit mix. Add 2/3 cups of whole milk and whip for two to three minutes until thick and sticky with a large spoon scoop and set on cookie pan. Preheat oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Stick biscuits in oven and let bake 12 to 14 minutes. Take out from oven and eat!!

My girlfriend bet me a dollar I couldn't come up with a healthy alternate to brand flakes. I won the bet.
