I love making bicuits with this stuff! In my opinion, it makes a much better biscuit than Bisquick!

This is the closest to made from scratch biscuits that I have ever found! My husband can't tell the difference. I keep this on hand for biscuits, dumplings, and several other items that are wonderful.

I absolutely have to keep Ginger Evans Biscuit Mix as a staple in my house. There are so many uses for this wonderful product. My favorite is making cinnamon rolls. They are so fresh and yummy! I don't usually measure when making this, so I will try to get it as close as possible. I take 2 cups Ginger Evans mix and add milk, 1/4 cup at a time to just bring mix together. Turn onto a floured counter top and knead gently until you form a ball that stays together. Don't knead too much or it will come out tough. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick in a rectangle. Take margerine and spread all over dough, sprinkle with brown sugar, nuts, raisins, and cinnamon. Roll up. Cut 1/2 inch slices and place on sprayed cookiie sheet. Bake at 350F for approximate 15 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Place in middle of oven or the bottoms will burn. When they just come out of the them with a glaze of powered xxx sugar mixed with milk. Start with 1 cup of sugar and 1 tbl milk...mix to desired consistency. MMMMMmmmGood!!! I Guarantee you will keep ginger evans mix on hand!

This mix is great! There is also a new frozen buttermilk biscuit in this same brand. Great value for a great product! Crystal

I was glad I decided to give this mix a try. It makes better and tastier biscuits than the national brand.

Just as Good as Bisquik and about a third of the price.

The Ginger Evans Biscuit and Baking Mix is a great product , biscuits are always delicious. Also makes a great cobbler, as well as pancakesl.

This mix is one of the most versatile products, in my opinion, that Save-A-Lot has. You can bake with it, make quick rolls, biscuits or pancakes, and use it for making dough ornaments at Christmas. It is my favorite, Save-A-Lot product. I make pancakes on the weekends with it, and for Valentine's Day I made raspberry tarts with it for a quick, nutritious treat for my husband and kids.

This is a wonderful baking mix, light and fluffy biscuits every time. Also makes great peach and blackberry cobbler.

Out of the box thinking - well using the contents in the box, but not the recipes listed - Pizza dough. 1/2- 3/4 cup HOT water in 1 1/2 cups of biscuit mix creates a dough you can spread on your pizza pan and bake on the lower oven rack at 450 degrees for 12 minutes with your favorite toppings. Need bread for spaghetti dinner - just bake the dough - perfect every time and delicious - soft on the inside crunchy on the outside.

We always have this on hand .. makes fluffy pancakes (throw in some frozen blueberries for a real treat) and great waffles! We make a batch and store the leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for the next morning!

My family absolutely loves it when I make biscuits and with Ginger Evans baking mix it is so easy. I have tried multiple times to make biscuits from scratch but they are dense and hard. Not anymore! My family thanks you.

I like Ginger Evans Baking Mix better than Bisquick! In addition, it costs a lot less!

This is the best biscuit mix we have ever used. It makes better biscuits than the national brand. And the price is about half the cost of the national brand.

Ginger Evans bisquit and baking mix makes the best dumplings for chicken and dumplings. It's better than the national brand.

This stuff is great. All purpose, I make pancakes in the morning, and bisquits for dinner. I love to just drop the bisquits. Yummy stuff.

I love Ginger Evans Biscuit and Baking Mix. It has a fine texture that produces excellent results with efficiency in preparation. I use it for almost all my baking. I made some fabulous cookies with it and Ginger Evans Baking Cocoa. My chocoholic grandson loved them.
