This soup is excellent for the casseroles I use it in. It's even better than Campbell's reduced sodium soup, it has more mushrooms pieces in it and it costs a lot less than Campbell's.

I use the reduced sodium Cream of Mushroom all the time in many different recipes.
Very good taste and less sodium is a plus.

I love using cream soups in my cooking but hate all of the sodium that is in most cream soups. Cream of mushroom is my favorite choice and I was so happy to find a low-sodium option in the store brand. It's so much less expensive than the national brand and just as good. I hope that we'll see low-sodium cream of celery too as that's another one I use a lot.
