This brand of cottage cheese is the greatest. I will not buy any other type of cottage cheese then Coburn farms. the taste is rich, not watered down. thick in texture, cottage cheese creamy flavored, fantastic used in lasagna and wonderful with peaches. Wish I could buy it off the truck by the case. It doesn't last long in my home.
