Summer Breeze Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 c Coburn Farms sour cream
  • 2 t Marcum vanilla extract
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries or cherries
  • 1 pk (8 oz) Coburn Farms cream cheese
  • 1⁄3 c Ginger Evans sugar
  • 1 Ginger Evans graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) container Coburn Farms whipped topping

Instructions

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blend well, and spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours, then garnish with fruit.
