Ann's Country Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c Home churned margarine
  • 2 Gold Leaf frozen pie shells
  • 2 c Ginger Evans granulated sugar
  • 4 Coburn Farms eggs, beaten
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 c pecan halves, chopped
  • 1 c Ginger Evans chocolate chips

Instructions

Melt margarine over low heat until melted, add chocolate chips, stir until chips are melted. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. BakeĀ at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Notes

This pie travels well for potlucks, also freezes well to have on hand for unexpected company.
