Cherry Salad

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 c boiling water
  • 1 cn Ginger Evans cherry pie filling
  • 1⁄2 cn sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pk Gela Delight Cherry gelatin
  • 1 oz Coburn Farms whipped topping
  • 1⁄2 c pecan halves, chopped
  • 1 cn Crushed Pineapple, drained

Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, let cool to lukewarm, stir in gelatin and sweetened condensed milk. Add drained pineapple, stir. Add whipped topping and pecans. Refrigerate.

Notes

For a lighter salad add an extra container of whipped topping. For a different texture, you can add 1/2 to 1 cup shredded coconut.
