Chocolate Marshmellow Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 c Ginger Evans mini marshmellows
  • 1 c Ginger Evans chocolate chips
  • 2 T coburn farms butter or margarine
  • 4 c harvest blend cereal

Instructions

Heat marshmellows, choolate chips and butter in 3 qt saucepan over low heat 1 - 2 minutes stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in cereal until evenly coated. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto waxed paper. Let stand one hour or until set and enjoy!

Notes

This is a kid friendly snack. Great in the lunch box or after school too.
