Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cn cream of mushroom
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c hellmans mayo
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 2 pk frozen broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 roll of crackers

Instructions

Cook broccoli on top on stove until soft. Mix cream of mushroom, helmans and egg in large bowl. dioce onions and add to bowl. Once broccoli is cooked, drain well and crush it to about chopped consistency and mix in large bowl. Spread in casserole dish and take ritz crackers and crush them in ziplock bag and add butter. then spread over top and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes
