| Easy Creamy Danish with Orange Drizzle |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Line bottom of baking pan with 1 can of crescent rolls. Pinch all seams together to seal a base. In a large bowl mix together cream cheese white sugar vanilla extract and sour cream. Spread filling on top of rolls. Cover the filling with the second can of crescent rolls. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool before preparing icing.
Orange Drizzle Icing: In a small bowl mix all four Drizzle ingredients together starting with only 2 tablespoons of the orange juice. If icing is too thick then add the additional tablespoon of orange juice. After the danish has cooled drizzle with icing. Enjoy.
I work in a small accounting office. Each week my co-workers take turns putting out a snack at the coffee station. I created this Danish because it's quick and easy to prepare in morning. The orange drizzle gives it a surprising twist. Everyone loves it. Plus ever since I shared the recipe with my boss she's been extra friendly.
