Lemonade Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Gold Leaf 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 q World's Fair vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cn Peake's Pike frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 8oz Coburn Farms whipped topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake crust in oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Let cool. In a large bowl mix until creamy the ice cream, lemonade and whipped topping. Spread mixture into pie crust  then place in freezer for 20 min. Or until set.
