Chicken Ranch Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shaner's boneless chicken breast (cooked, shredded)
  • 1 pk Marcum ranch dip mix
  • 1 Coburn Farms sour cream
  • 1⁄2 c roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 c cucumbers (diced)
  • 1 Sierra Miguel flour tortillas

Instructions

Place raw thawed out chicken in pan as it cooks shred it up into small pieces. If you use already cooked chicken just warm it up in the pan with the dressing, cucumbers and tomatoes. IF you cook the chicken, then when the chicken is no longer pink add dressing, tomatoes and cucumbers for 1 to 3 minutes. Scoop mixture into tortillas and roll them up to serve.   

Low Fat Version: instead of chicken use turkey sandwich style turkey works just fine and also substitute the ranch dressing for Italian dressing.

Notes

I fix these a-lot for us for lunch. They are easy to make and great to eat on the go. You can add any veggies you want to it and kids will just love these. It beats having a cold sandwich any day. You can eat it right away or wait until later.
