Dill and Lemon Salmon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; also lightly coat fish with cooking spray. Pour lemon juice on top. Layer on onion slices. Sprinkle fish with dill, salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
