Garlic Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 T Home churned margarine
  • 1 c onion (chopped)
  • 1⁄8 t Marcum garlic powder
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 T Ginger Evans all-purpose flour
  • 1 t Marcum salt
  • 1 t Marcum pepper
  • 1 pk Portside cooked shrimp

Instructions

Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion and garlic until soft about 5 minutes. Stir in milk, flour, salt, pepper. Whisk and simmer until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Set aside. Stir the shrimp into the garlic pepper sauce; heat thoroughly. Taste and add more garlic or pepper if desired.
