- 8 oz (about 1/2 of a package), cubed Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
NotesTop with jalapenos and red peppers to spice it up!
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and stir in flour.
- Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Stirring constantly, mix in cheese and salt.
- Continue to cook and stir until cheese has melted and all ingredients are well blended, about 15 minutes.
