Nacho Cheese Dip

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 7 slices White American Singles
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in the flour.
- Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture thickens. Stirring constantly, mix in the cheese and salt.
- Continue to cook and stir until the cheese has melted and all ingredients are well blended for about 15 minutes
