Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

Ingredients
10 Flour Tortillas
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Notes

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup for a real treat!

Directions

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Pour oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Cut tortilla into strips about 2 inchs wide. Fry 3-5 strips at a time until golden brown and crisp. Turn over once and repeat the same process.
  3. Remove and set on a paper towel. Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon and sugar mixture while still warm. Serve immediately.
