Arrange lettuce on plates, then top with asparagus pieces. Sprinkle with parmesan and spray with Portmann’s Caesar Salad Spritzer as desired. Place egg halves and croutons (if using) on top of each salad. Season with salt and black pepper before serving.
This recipe makes 2 big entrée-sized salads, or 4-6 side salads. Looking for even more of a twist? Black olives and fresh tomatoes are also a nice addition to this salad.
