Bacon Egg Muffin Cups



1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and cook the bacon for only about 4-5 minutes. (Make sure that the bacon doesn’t cook fully!)

3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of bacon into each single muffin tin. Carefully crack an egg into each cup. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the egg.

4. Repeat this process until all muffin tins are filled. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the egg whites have set and the yolk is cooked to your liking.
