1. Squash bananas very, very thin then mix with Ginger Evans biscuit mix.
2. Add 2/3 cups of whole milk and whip for two to three minutes until thick and sticky with a large spoon scoop and set on cookie pan.
3. Preheat oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Stick biscuits in oven and let bake 12 to 14 minutes. Take out from oven and eat!!
My girlfriend bet me a dollar I couldn't come up with a healthy alternate to brand flakes. I won the bet.
