It's an easy way to get your kids to help make dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Combine hamburger, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, milk, oregano, Mrs. Dash, & optional minced onion. Form into 4 or 5 balls Then gently form balls into bowls on baking sheet Combine Cream of Mushroom & Green beans (drained). Pour in to bowls Bake at 350 for 25 min. Remove and sprinkle with French Fried Onions Bake another 5 min. Remove & serve I usually have this with a salad since you have meat and vegetables in the cups.

Notes

You can dress this up with 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper if you like it hot. Another sugestion is to use Hot Sausage, it adds flavor, without being overpowering. I've even made this using ground turkey, but, if you do that, you need to add a tbsp. of vegetable or olive oil.
