- 3 Grade A Large Eggs
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- for topping Country Style Syrup

- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cinnamon, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Soak both sides of each slice of bread in the egg mixture. Place slices in pan, over medium-high flame and fry on both sides until golden.
