Buffalo Chicken Dip

To make Buffalo Chicken Dip: Melt cream cheese in sauce pan on high. Mix in hot sauce. Add blue cheese and ranch, whisk into smooth mixture and mix in cheese. Boil chicken breasts until cooked (approx. 15 minutes), shred into small pieces with fork. Stir shredded chicken into cheese mixture. Pour into pan and cover with foil. Bake covered at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Remove foil cover and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.

Ever since high school, I've been making Buffalo Chicken Dip for school functions. Everyone who has ever tasted it says I make the best they’ve ever had. It's easy to make and rather cheap thanks to Save-A-Lot. Every time my friends/family get together they ask me to make it before anything else. And it's gone in less than 10 minutes.

my whole family LOVES this dip. Sometimes I even make it with cut up pieces of Chicken so that its boneless. It's a great combination.

Looks great! Can hardly wait to try it!!

I have also enjoyed this dip, but I am not a big fan of the "hot sauce" so I tweak the recipe, I coat my chicken with barbeque sauce, and leave out the blue cheese dressing and add more ranch, its a hit with my family!

I am 'required' tomake this for almost every function or gathering I go to.....DELISH....the only thing I do different is use canned chicken and mozerella cheese. VERY easy. U will not be disapointed.
