This creamy, comforting recipe is sure to become a family favorite!
Cook macaroni according to package directions. While the macaroni is cooking, steam broccoli on the stove until just tender. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe mixing bowl, add most of the cheese cubes, milk, butter and spices. Microwave at 60 second increments until melted, stirring after each interval until it reaches a creamy consistency. Drain the cooked macaroni, then place into a 2-quart casserole or oven-proof bowl. Add cheese sauce, mushroom soup and tuna to the cooked pasta. Mix well and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Remove from oven carefully, then arrange broccoli evenly on top of the macaroni mix, and top with leftover cheese cubes. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
