Boil water and cook shells. Drain shells and add cheese sauce, then add cream of mushroom soup. Drain tuna add and mix all together. Serve.
I have made this for many years ever since I started babysitting when I was in high school and the kids just love it. It's a way for them to get cheese noodles which they love, and mix it with veggie's and protein that they so need to help their growing bodies. My husband and family just love it. I make it with green beans for a cheap and nutritious meal.
