Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, let cool to lukewarm, stir in gelatin and sweetened condensed milk. Add drained pineapple, stir. Add whipped topping and pecans. Refrigerate.


For a lighter salad add an extra container of whipped topping. For a different texture, you can add 1/2 to 1 cup shredded coconut.

I tried this recipe but had only a can of water packed sweet cherries the end result, less sugar and awesome!
