Chicken Cheese Balls

1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.

2. Roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Arrange on jelly roll pan.

3. Freeze until hard. Pack into storage bag.

4. To serve, heat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen balls on jelly roll pan and bake 15-20 minutes.

This is an easy but nutrious snack. The kids love finger foods that they can grab and eat.

How would I describe these particular... Balls, these Balls of cheese if you will, the first words that come to mind are chickeny and cheesey and...Ballsy. I am big fan already even though they are still baking in my tree oven. With warm regards, Baby Cakes

Great recipe idea. I have not tried yet, but changing up ingredients would be so easy,, like celery, etc.

These are delicious..I have altered them somewhat, since I have an allergy to wheat. Instead of putting the chicken stuffing in them..I use cut up cooked chicken and add more cheese and some crushed wheat-free crackers that I have to buy at another store. However, this recipe is delicious..easy to make..and healthy...Thanks so much for the incentive!!!
