Flavorful chicken tacos the whole family will enjoy!
Combine chicken, olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and bay leaf in a large skillet over medium heat. Simmer, turning chicken pieces occasionally, until juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink (about 15 to 20 minutes). While the chicken is simmering, warm the tortillas in the oven or microwave until soft. Place remaining ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and sour cream) in serving dishes. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish. Let everyone serve themselves.
