Mix olive oil, lemon pepper, lime juice and salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Brush mixture over cod filets to season, and set aside on a plate. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Grill seasoned cod fillets, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from grill and serve immediately with tartar sauce.
