Combine 1 stick Coburn Farms Butter, melted, 1/3 Cup Flour, 1.5 tsp. salt, .5 tsp. dried tarragon. Dredge chicken in 1/5 cups of Morning Gems Corn Flake, crushed in a pie plate. Cook 60 minutes in glass 13"x9" baking dish, uncovered. You can also bake on a wire rack for crispier chicken.
This recipe is from the "Morning Gems" cornflake box back in the earlier 90s. I was a new shopper to the Save-A-Lot stores. I still make this recipe regularly. Because it is one of the most requested recipes from my family. They love it. It is an easy dish to prepare.
