To make glaze, mix ketchup, cranberry sauce, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon thoroughly. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Place thawed chicken breasts in the heated skillet and brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Cover and let simmer for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn chicken and simmer for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Serve immediately.
