Mix 1 can cream corn and 1 can clam chowder in pan (qt). Heat to almost boiling, stiring often. Can be microwaved. Pour into soup dish and sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Arrange saltines, apple slices and a cheese slice on accompanying plate. Enjoy!
My husband, wanting a different soup, suggested dumping the cream corn with the clam chowder. I thought it would taste disgusting but upon tasting it, it has become one of our favorite quick lunches.
