- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/8 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 5 cups confectioners' sugar
- In a large bowl, mix together butter and shortening until light and fluffy.
- Add salt, vanilla, confectioners' sugar and milk. Beat well until no lumps.
- Now you are ready to frost cakes or pipe cupcakes!
