Dill and Lemon Salmon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; also lightly coat fish with cooking spray.

3. Pour lemon juice on top. Layer on onion slices. Sprinkle fish with dill, salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.

We love this! This recipe was SO easy to prepare! The citrus juices give the fish a delicious tropical flavor. It's easy to dress up rich salmon with a few simple ingredients for a dinner-worthy occasion. I serve this with steamed asparagus and quick-cooking rice.

Great recipe, but as usual, I prefer to tweak it a little. Less onion, a little garlic pepper. Easy, with fresh taste. I have also used this as a marinade overnight and grilled it the next day.
