In a small saucepan, heat butter over medium heat until melted. Gradually add flour and whisk. Add milk gradually, stirring thoroughly. Bring milk to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Stir for 2-3 additionally minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Pour over your favorite Mantia pasta or even baked or grilled chicken breast!
