Savory beef, mushrooms and noodles in a creamy brown gravy

Ingredients

  • 12 Oz. Dry Wide Del Pino Egg Noodles, Uncooked
  • 1 (27 Oz.) Pkg. Frozen Banquet® Family Size Salisbury Steaks And Brown Gravy
  • 1 (14 Oz.) Can Caskey’s Beef Broth
  • 2 (4 Oz.) Cans Garden Rite Mushrooms, Drained
  • 1 Cup Cobrn Farm Sour Cream
  • Optional Salt
  • Optional Ground Black Pepper

Directions

1. Cook noodles according to package directions about 6 minutes or until almost tender. Drain and return to pan.
2. Meanwhile, microwave family entree according to package directions. Cut salisbury steaks into bite-size pieces.
3. Add entree, broth and mushrooms to noodles; stir. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Fold in sour cream until combined. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
